This 7 day Daniel fast is a time of intentional simplicity and spiritual renewal. By choosing fruit, vegetables, and water only, we are creating space to quiet distractions, discipline our flesh, and draw closer to God.

This fast is not about weight loss, rules, or perfection. It’s about realignment. Returning our focus to the Lord and allowing Him to search our hearts, strengthen our spirits, and speak clearly.

Throughout these 7 days, the focus will be on:

  • Prayer over appetite

  • God’s Word over comfort

  • Stillness over noise

  • Obedience over ease

Each day will include time with Scripture, prayer, and gentle movement through walking, using moments of hunger or weakness as invitations to seek God rather than resist the process.

This fast is an act of surrender. Offering our bodies, time, and attention back to God, trusting Him to renew our strength, clarify our purpose, and lead us forward with peace.

A 3 Day Fast for Surrender, Courage & Breakthrough

The Esther Fast is a 3 day period of intentional fasting and prayer inspired by the story of Book of Esther, when Queen Esther called for a fast before stepping into a life changing moment.

This fast is centered on seeking God in situations that require clarity, courage, and divine intervention. It is a time to quiet distractions, humble your heart, and fully depend on God for direction and strength.

Traditionally, the Esther Fast lasted three days without food or water. However, it can be modified (such as water only or a simple plant based fast) while still honoring the heart behind it. Complete surrender and focused prayer.

Over the course of these three days, the spiritual focus is:

  • Day 1: Surrender – Releasing fear, control, and personal plans

  • Day 2: Courage – Choosing obedience, even when it feels uncomfortable

  • Day 3: Breakthrough – Trusting God for favor, movement, and outcome

This fast is not about striving or proving strength. It is about positioning your heart before God. It creates space for Him to speak, move, and strengthen you from the inside out.
